The Southampton BIA Board of Management has written a letter to show our support for the Nuclear Innovation Institute’s potential future location in the community of Southampton.
Southampton Sparkles continues with a month of Festive Fridays November 30 – December 21, where many downtown Southampton Merchants will be open late Fridays. Friday, December 14th is an extra special Festive Friday with Carriage Rides downtown Southampton.
Kick off the holiday season at the Southampton Town Hall on Thursday, November 22 at 6:30pm with the official Tree Lighting Ceremony. Then walk store to shore for Southampton Sparkles shopping night with stores open until 9pm.
The Annual Holiday Merchant’s Dinner Hosted by the Walker House is November 29th. Contact the Walker House today to reserve your tickets.

Flag Quest, The Marine Heritage Festival, BIA Bike Valet, and War on the Shore Bike Race are back for another year. The fun starts July 20th with Flag Quest; a scavenger hunt through Southampton.

DINE, SHOP, WALK, RUN & PADDLE in Southampton June 1st & 2nd. In conjunction with the Rotary Huron Shores Run, taking place June 2nd, Southampton businesses have events planned for everyone. Start Friday with our 1st ever Noddle Night, then get up bright and early to shop, and finish Saturday off with a paddle down the Saugeen River.

The SRA is hosting an Open House from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm at the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre.
It was a very successful Marine Heritage Festival this year, and we’re proud to announce that Flag Quest was a hit as well! Individuals, families, and children from all over Ontario, and from as far away as Alberta, Iowa and Illinois played the game.
I’m Erin Little, President of Liv-A-Little Foundation and most importantly the proud mother to Olivia Little. Olivia has a rare disease called cystinosis and in 2013 we began our fundraising journey to help find a cure and raise awareness for cystinosis.
